Mashel Al Naimi Wins Qatar Superstock First Race

Doha, January 21 (QNA) – Qatari motor racer Mashel Al Naimi won the first race of 2017 Qatar Superstock 600 championship organized by the Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation (QMMF) in collaboration with Lusail Circuit Club.
Al Naimi won the 12-lap race timing 25.10.279 minutes, 0.008 seconds ahead of the runner up Saeed Al Sulaity who finished the race in 25.10.359.
Nasser Al Malki came third with 25.14.080 minutes, while the Fahad Al Suwaidi ranked fourth and Ali Al Shamari finished the race at the fifth place.
Al Naimi is currently leading the championship ranking with 25 points, followed by Saeed AL Sulaiti 20 points and Nasser Al Malki 15 points.
Following the first race, HE the Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali handed the trophies to the three podium winners in presence of the QMMF Chairman Abdulrahman Al Mannai and the President of Lusail Circuit Club Khalid Al Rumaihi. (QNA)
